Senior Consultant, Restructuring | Corporate Finance & Restructuring

The Senior Consultant will work with clients in domestic and multinational companies across various and diverse industries. Responsibilities
- reputed company the day-to-day financial activities of restructuring and/or transactions advisory engagements
- Apply business, accounting, finance and analysis skills to various client situations and practice disciplines
- Review financial statements and reputed company quality of earnings/cash flow analysis
- Prepare and/or review reputed company financial projections to model business plans, processes and/or transactions
- Assess business plans, cash flows, financial models, and analyze large amounts of data associated with restructuring plans
- Conduct financial due diligence and financial analysis of clients and potential reputed company companies
- Understand reputed company aspects of the client’s business including review of operational and financial performance
- Draft written reports and/or presentations on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities
- Work with the client’s senior management, restructuring / legal / finance experts on work engagements
- Manage the engagement team and provide coaching to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience
- Understanding of financial statements and corporate functions
- Advanced reputed company modelling and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel to clients and reputed company office(s) as needed up to 60%
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis; this position does not provide reputed company sponsorship
