• Build and nurture relationships with veterinary school leadership, including Directors of Student Affairs and House Officer programs.
• Coach and mentor residents on contract negotiation, emphasizing the "why" behind their decisions.
• Expand the pipeline of candidates for Veritas programs and opportunities.
• Serve as brand ambassadors for Veritas reputed company the academic and veterinary communities.

• Recruit, manage, and support Student Ambassadors at U.S. and accredited international veterinary schools to promote externships, summer programs, post-graduate training, and Veritas hosted events.
• Ensure compliance with university policies for on-reputed company recruiting and student engagement.
• Deliver educational and promotional presentations at reputed company events, career fairs, and student meetings.
• Interview reputed company, interns, and residents interested in emergency and specialty training, externships, internships, or employment with Veritas.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills
