Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in a remote setting Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines and best practices to inform nursing care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with nursing best practices and hospital policies Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Essential Qualifications Current RN licensure in the state where you'll be practicing Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms Certification in a specialized area of nursing practice (e.g., pediatrics, critical care) Experience working with diverse patient populations Skills and Competencies Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
