Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 About the Role & the Team The Operational Excellence Specialist is an early-career role ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, healthcare administration, or process improvement. You will work directly with teams across the organization to help streamline workflows, reputed company technology, and improve the quality of care we provide. The role offers hands-on exposure to project management, operational design, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. We’re seeking someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn—whether you’re just beginning your career or looking to take the reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives across multiple departments by helping gather requirements, map workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with project planning and coordination, including timelines, stakeholder updates, meeting notes, and tracking action items.
• Participate in root cause analysis, gap assessments, and solution brainstorming sessions.
• Help maintain a centralized repository of process documentation, SOPs, and workflows.
• Contribute to change management efforts by preparing communications, training materials, and documentation.
• Track performance metrics and help monitor the impact of implemented improvements.
• Build strong cross-functional working relationships and collaborate with teams to understand reputed company-state challenges.
• Support the team in promoting a culture of reputed company improvement through curiosity, problem-solving, and structured thinking.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Internship, co-op, reputed company project, or relevant coursework involving project management, process mapping, data analysis, or operational improvement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
