RN - Pap Navigator (Remote) - ND, MN, and WI Only

Job Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve reputed company on a remote basis as Pap Navigator. Schedule is 8 am to 5 pm central time, Monday through Friday. The Pap Navigator RN monitors Pap and HPV results and implements guidelines for management with provider supervision and direction. Please see the full job description under "What You'll Do". Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States. Must reside and hold RN licensure in North Dakota, Minnesota, or Wisconsin. Education Qualifications:

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

Responsible for thorough chart review on each patient's result to ensure that we are meeting the reputed company standards for Cervical Cancer Screening, which are risk-based, determined by a patient's history and health status. Provide patient education, coordination of care, and decision-making support for patients. Participate in regular Team Meetings. It is important for this team of nurses to be adaptable and quickly be able to pivot and implement changes reputed company to guidelines. Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, reputed company, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Responsible for care coordination, patient education, and decision-making support for patients. Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Must hold a reputed company RN license from Minnesota, Wisconsin, or North Dakota upon hire.
• Must obtain RN license in the remaining two states reputed company 90days of date of hire.
• AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification reputed company 1 month of hire.
• 2 years of reputed company experience required. Experience in women's health, cancer treatment, and cancer prevention is preferred.
