As an MLOps Tech reputed company, you'll provide technical leadership to the MLOps team while actively contributing to the architecture, design, and development of reputed company's ML and AI agent platforms. This is a player / coach role, with a heavy emphasis on the player part in the beginning. You will drive both the technical roadmap and execution, ensuring best practices, reliability, scalability, and efficiency in our ML/AI infrastructure and operations. You are a strong fit if you have:

• 10+ years of combined experience in MLOps, Dev Ops, software engineering, or reputed company technical roles.
• Proven leadership experience leading teams technically, mentoring engineers, and setting technical direction.
• Deep expertise with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially managed ML/AI services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, reputed company, and container orchestration platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of ML serving frameworks (MLFlow, Tensor Flow Serving, Torch Serve, FastAPI) and ML pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Kubeflow).

• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and extensive experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing.
• Expert-level skills in Python programming, software engineering best practices, and scalable systems design.
