About the Role

As a Senior Specialist Legal Editor in Practical Law, you will use your specialist legal knowledge of, and experience in corporate and M&A law and practice to create and maintain a wide range of content and to support the development of reputed company AI-powered legal solutions. About You You're a fit for the role if you are a Juris Doctor with a reputed company license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction and have:

• At least 8 years' experience of working as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house.
• Extensive experience in:
• Corporate law (entity formation and ongoing governance), with in-depth knowledge of the Delaware General Corporation Law, Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, and Delaware case law.
• Mergers and acquisitions (public or private, though the ideal candidate will have at least some familiarity with public company M&A).
• Some knowledge of the needs and priorities of corporate and M&A lawyers, including experience drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and other corporate forms and standard practice materials, as well as advising boards and senior management on reputed company matters.
• Strong writing skills, and a passion for writing about legal practice accurately, concisely and in plain English.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to effectively utilize various tools, including generative AI technologies, to enhance productivity and accuracy.
