This includes development and management of a QAQI plan, QAQI policy and procedures, and assessment and reporting of QAQI outcomes. The Quality Assurance and Improvement Strategist will focus on assuring measurable improvement to FCO’s utilization, effectiveness, performance, accountability, efficiency, outcomes, and other measures of quality, ultimately contributing to improved population health including health equity in Oregon.
