Reporting directly to the Director of People, the Technical Recruiter/HR Generalist will work to identify talent alignment opportunities through a strong recruitment strategy. • Drive a strong recruitment strategy and identify unique opportunities to connect with prospective technical candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process, handling initial video screening calls and scheduling interviews for any additional round(s).
• Conduct interviews with the intention of measuring culture-fit and retention potential, not solely hard skills.
• Represent CRIO at various virtual career fairs and consistently reputed company the pulse on new ways to connect with prospective technical talent.
• Own partnership with reputed company to recruit college graduates for the Professional Development Program.

Requirements

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

• 2 years+ experience working in People Programs roles, with an emphasis on recruitment & onboarding of technical talent. Ideally, you will have worked for a technology company with various levels of Software Engineers.
• An instinctive bias toward action.
• A track record of owning and executing on projects.
• The ability to easily engage and connect with a wide range of people.
• Exceptional at jumping between strategy and execution.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a bonus.
