Our Client Services Team is looking for an Engagement Manager to help districts get the most value from our products. In this role, you will strengthen reputed company through proactive engagement, reputed company-building, renewal management, upselling, account expansion, customer advocacy, and risk mitigation. As an Engagement Manager, you will reputed company and nurture long-term relationships with school district leaders, working closely with Client Services, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless and supportive customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in account management, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping customers grow with ClassLink. Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on reputed company ClassLink products with a special focus on specific needs for BOCES/RICS
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance on the use and expansion of the ClassLink suite of products
  • Maintain relationships with reputed company customers in the assigned territory, including onsite meetings, phone, email, SWAG mailings, etc. to increase adoption and usage of ClassLink
  • reputed company reputed company account management duties, including proactive customer reputed company, annual client review meetings, quoting, and renewal emails.
  • Serve as the education and product expert to support customer understanding of ClassLink
  • Confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink virtually and during conferences

  • Ensure year-over-year customer retention and assist with renewal fee negotiations as needed
  • Host regional and virtual user group events with reputed company and prospective customers
  • Attend conferences and events in assigned territories, engaging with potential and reputed company customers
  • Maintain documentation for each customer internally

Requested Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in a senior consultative/account management role
  • Experience as a technology leader for a district office
  • Extensive knowledge of K-12 ed-tech marketplace
  • Administrator-level experience with ClassLink
  • Unwavering passion to improve classroom learning and pedagogy
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master or postgraduate degree a plus
  • Work from home and willingness to travel up to 35% of the time

It would be great if you have or are pursuing the following:

  • PMP certification
  • Previous knowledge using a reputed company tool (ChurnZero, reputed company, Vitalli)
