Senior Finance Manager- Marketing

This role will be the financial reputed company for media performance, measurement, and ROI and will play a critical role in building a comprehensive, enterprise-wide Cost Per Activation (CPA) reputed company that pulls together data and costs from multiple business areas. This leader will own dashboards, reporting foundations, and financial insights that guide high-stakes decisions. The ideal candidate blends strong reputed company experience with hands-on Power BI and data modeling skills, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate reputed company cross-functional environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the financial reputed company for media performance, marketing ROI, and investment effectiveness.
• Own the marketing portion of the enterprise CPA reputed company ensuring accurate cost inputs, consistent definitions, and scalable reporting.
• Partner with leaders across Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on metrics, assumptions, and strategic decision drivers.
• reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Marketing, with a focus on media and demand-reputed company effectiveness.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews including spend analysis, KPI tracking, and insights for executive decision-making.
• Build and refine business cases for new marketing initiatives and investments.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that consolidate campaign, talent, production, and media data into a reputed company, digestible view for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 10+ years experience with 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (reputed company), preferably supporting Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design) required
• Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
• Demonstrated ability to build reporting or measurement infrastructure, not just maintain existing tools.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate data-heavy insights into executive-ready narratives.
• Proven cross-functional collaborator in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Comfortable building structure from scratch and creating clarity out of chaos.
• Can operate at both the strategic “what should we measure?” level and the technical “how do we build it?” level.
• Enjoys streamlining manual data sources into polished, scalable dashboards.
• Confident business partner who can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
• At least 18 years of age

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
