Key Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 support for back-office applications, including reputed company, Concur, Ariba, SharePoint, and Portals Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues, ensuring high availability and continuity of services reputed company and implement proactive maintenance plans, software updates, and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal system performance Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to drive business outcomes and strategic initiatives Manage and optimize data master management, configuration, and administration reputed company reputed company, Concur, and Ariba reputed company and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to ensure knowledge sharing and standardization Analyze and resolve root causes of technical issues, ensuring efficient and effective solutions Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies, including reputed company S/4HANA, Datalake, Data Factoring, RPA, and APIs Manage service reputed company, SLAs, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery Measure and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
Essential Qualifications
