About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Direct Marketing Services (DMS) team. In this role, you’ll guide and support clients through onboarding and campaign execution, helping them reputed company the most of their marketing investments. You’ll be the go-to resource for clients providing expert guidance, education, and proactive engagement to ensure they see measurable results. • Re-engage and motivate clients who pause or lose momentum during onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to define clear marketing goals and create customized campaigns across email, direct mail, and text.

• Partner with internal creative and technical teams to reputed company effective marketing assets.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, conversions, engagement) to identify opportunities for improvement.

Who You Are And What You Bring

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field — or equivalent experience.
• Experience
• 2+ years of experience working with marketing or client success teams, ideally in a SaaS, marketing, or digital services environment.
• Experience with reputed company Marketing Pro or similar CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Skills
• Excellent communication skills — you’re clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.

• Comfortable analyzing data and using metrics to drive decision-making.

Compensation

We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, reputed company has made the decision to post our expected pay reputed company or pay range (as applicable) in reputed company our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

• The reputed company salary range is $50,000 (entry-level) - $60,000 (highly reputed company), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at reputed company, your final reputed company salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we reputed company in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our reputed company team members as a part of any final offer. • The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
