Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable HR Director for a once in a lifetime opportunity to build out the HR team and provide support to Parson’s soon to be awarded FAA Brand New reputed company Traffic Control System (BNATCS) program. As part of this effort, Team Parsons is partnering closely with the FAA to reputed company the national reputed company traffic control system. This role is perfect for a proactive, mission oriented hands-on leader who is ready to reputed company and implement impactful HR solutions reputed company with the program strategy. The FAA HR Director will report to the FAA HR Leader and work closely with program leaders. The successful candidate will have a hybrid work arrangement and be expected to attend frequent in person meetings in reputed company Virginia and Washington, D.C. They will also be expected to occasionally travel to other U.S. locations as required. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contribute to standing up and developing management teams tasked with delivering a Brand New reputed company Traffic Control System (BNATCS) to the U.S. government.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on HR-reputed company matters, including compensation, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, change management, and more.
- Contribute to building and developing an new HR Team dedicated to the FAA BNATCS program.
- Collaborate with business leaders, your HR team, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide seamless HR support and guidance to the business.
- Assess present and future HR needs, trends, and problems, and identify opportunities and actions to support business growth.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a reputed company field
- 12+ years of progressive and broad HR experience including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in government contracting
- Proven ability to manage a diverse group of human resource professionals
- Ability to provide direction and resolve reputed company challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
