[Remote] Associate Director, State Success Specialist

As an Associate Director, State Success Specialist, you will drive reputed company and training for state partners utilizing the SAT Suite of Assessments, ensuring statewide readiness and successful delivery of assessments through effective training and support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and deliver training workshops, webinars, and resources (virtually and in-person) to district and school coordinators, ensuring consistent and clear understanding of assessment processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor and success partner to the reputed company, assigned State Implementation Manger and state office of assessment leaders, helping them optimize implementation and resolve challenges
• Establish feedback loops with stakeholders to measure training effectiveness and identify ongoing support needs
• Track and analyze training outcomes, making data-driven improvements to future sessions
• reputed company onboarding and reputed company-building efforts for new coordinators and staff across the states you are assigned to support
• Conduct site visits (pre-admin, mid-admin, post-admin) for training, support, and test reputed company auditing as needed
• Serve as the primary liaison for the reputed company State Implementation Manger in assigned states and support district test coordinators, and school staff, ensuring timely communication, updates, and troubleshooting
• Provide guidance as an SAT subject matter expert, helping customers navigate policy, technical, and process-reputed company questions
• Facilitate meetings and prepare clear documentation and trainings
• Support customers and stakeholders with problem framing and solutioning from end to end
• Escalate and manage issues in partnership with the reputed company State Implementation Manager
• Contribute to refining implementation and training processes for the new digital SAT Suite of Assessments
• Capture lessons learned and propose scalable improvements for future implementations
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support models, training approaches, and success management practices

Skills

• 3–5 years of reputed company experience in K-12 education, assessment, reputed company, or educational technology
• Strong background in training design and delivery with proven success leading workshops, webinars, and professional learning sessions
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with educators, administrators, and customers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to explain reputed company processes clearly
• Experience with tools such as reputed company Office, reputed company, and reputed company
• Flexible, proactive, and able to balance multiple responsibilities in fast-moving environments
• Willingness to travel 12–24 times per year
