Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Proven experience of 9+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or platform reputed company, with hands-on involvement in authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, MFA, or certificate-based auth.
• Strong product execution skills — able to define product requirements, write user stories, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver features from concept to launch.
• Experience working with AI technologies and understanding of AI-specific reputed company risks and governance challenges.
• Strong understanding of API reputed company best practices
• Customer-centric reputed company with technical acumen — able to understand developer and enterprise admin needs, translate them into product requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

FD21 For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.
