[Remote] Generalist - Writing (English)

They are seeking a Generalist Writer to review and provide feedback on AI-generated content, helping to improve the quality and effectiveness of communication in various writing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Educate AI: Review AI-generated written content across multiple genres and formats, providing feedback on clarity, organization, and effectiveness of communication
- Problem Solving: Use your expertise to help AI reason through writing challenges, including argumentation, structure, tone, and audience engagement in diverse disciplines
- Red Teaming: Identify biases, inaccuracies, or unclear passages in AI-generated outputs, and reputed company tests to ensure the AI produces high-quality, accurate, and well-communicated written work
Skills
- Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Experience in professional, academic, or technical writing, editing, or reputed company fields (required)
- Strong ability to communicate reputed company clearly, effectively, and with attention to detail across a variety of formats and subjects
- Excellent command of English grammar, style, and tone, with a keen eye for accuracy and coherence
- Comfortable providing constructive feedback and evaluating writing for clarity, organization, and impact
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other reputed company projects
