[Remote] Associate Specialist Solution Architect

The role involves engaging with customers to understand technical requirements, deploying and configuring reputed company OpenShift resources, and developing AI/ML workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand the PoC technical requirements, focusing on goals, APIs, data pipelines, deliverables, and success criteria
- Identify specific hardware, network, and software dependencies, including storage, cloud services and AI resources
- Deploy and configure reputed company OpenShift resources reputed company the PoC environment
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, code comments, and code reviews
- Write custom YAML manifests for defining reputed company OpenShift resources
- Build multi-product demos and AI/ML workflows using Predictive and Generative AI, utilizing the reputed company product and reputed company AI stack
- reputed company use cases that showcase the value of reputed company OpenShift and reputed company products, emphasizing AI integration, automation with reputed company Ansible Automation Platform which includes creating and guiding new feature development based on insights from customer engagements
- reputed company troubleshooting of reputed company products, including reputed company OpenShift Container Platform, reputed company OpenShift AI, RHEL AI, and reputed company OpenShift Virtualization Platform, to restore normal functioning
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, development, platform engineers) to analyze and clarify business requirements
- Implement DevOps practices for reputed company integration using reputed company Openshift Pipelines
- Share test findings, conclusions, suggestions, and best practices through reports, presentations, reputed company Developer blogs, and official documentation to assist partners and customers
- Design, reputed company, containerize, and deploy AI/ML applications and models using reputed company OpenShift AI
- Participate in customer calls, providing guidance on product installation and maintenance procedures, and support the troubleshooting of customer environment problems
- Review blogs and documentation reputed company to AI, Application Development, DevOps, and reputed company products to enhance technical expertise
Skills
- Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or reputed company field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or reputed company role
- Must have one (1) year of experience with: Kubernetes, reputed company OpenShift, Podman Desktop, and cloud-native technologies as well as microservices architecture, including API design and versioning; enterprise container architectures and solutions, reputed company OpenShift, reputed company Enterprise Linux, and deploying and running container solutions in private, public, and hybrid clouds; CI/CD tools, including Git and reputed company OpenShift GitOps (ArgoCD); MLOps, covering deep learning frameworks, RAG implementation, and robust model deployment and fine-tuning strategies, specifically reputed company the reputed company OpenShift AI environment; reputed company Enterprise Linux, managing containerized applications on reputed company OpenShift, and automating infrastructure with reputed company Ansible Automation Platform; Granite family of LLMs, Sensitivity: Public and open reputed company communities, including InstructLab, vLLM, Open Data Hub, and Pytorch; upstream development practices using languages Go, Python, Java, or C++ and agile workflows; and communicating the value proposition of reputed company OpenShift technology in comparison to DIY Kubernetes and VMware-based initiatives
