[Remote] IT Support Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Lending is a growing company focused on providing a positive mortgage experience, seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their IT team. This remote role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to IT initiatives to enhance the technology experience for employees.
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve incoming IT support tickets submitted by employees across the organization using our ticketing platform (ServiceDesk Plus)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to hardware, software, reputed company 365, and device performance
- Provide clear, user-friendly explanations and instructions to employees at varying technical levels
- Support, configure, and manage Windows and macOS devices using reputed company Intune
- Assist with user communication and coordination for reputed company-reputed company alerts, as directed by the reputed company Engineer (e.g., reputed company Defender notifications)
- Contribute to IT initiatives involving reputed company 365, reputed company Manager, reputed company Defender, and Entra
- Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to strengthen internal knowledge resources
Skills
- Reliable and service-oriented IT Support Analyst
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11, reputed company 365, and MDM solutions such as Intune
- Ability to handle and resolve incoming IT support tickets submitted by employees across the organization using a ticketing platform (ServiceDesk Plus)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to hardware, software, reputed company 365, and device performance
- Provide clear, user-friendly explanations and instructions to employees at varying technical levels

- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a reputed company sponsorship
