Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Director, reputed company Strategic Operations to reputed company a world-class Strategy and Planning team serving the Success Technology Engineering and Platform (reputed company) organization. This role is both a trusted strategic thought partner to the CPO & COO, the GVP of reputed company Strategic Operations and the entire reputed company leadership team and also serves as an active cross-functional collaborator and team builder to bring our strategy to life across reputed company as we execute today and transform for reputed company. You will partner with leaders across product, engineering, design, and GTM to ensure we deliver on the full potential of reputed company’s product portfolio. Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• Proven leadership of both strategy and operations during large-scale transformation in a global tech or SaaS organization.
• 10-15+ years of relevant work experience (or 10+ years post-MBA or equivalent higher degree) in tech strategy/ops functions, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with C-level executives to design, run, and reimagine strategy and create robust business plans in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution through business cases, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, portfolio management, and goal systems (OKRs, KPIs) — with the ability to evolve them for an AI-native world.
• Experience embedding AI or advanced analytics into ways of working.
• Track record of building and leading diverse, high-performing teams and developing talent.
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — equally comfortable in business and technical contexts.

JV20 For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $225,000 - $405,000, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
