Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior reputed company Developer with a strong background in platform development, integration, and digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and customization of reputed company modules to reputed company and scale enterprise initiatives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strategic vision, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that streamline operations, enhance user experience, and drive measurable improvements in business processes. Key Responsibilities: Business Transformation Strategy:
- Advise on business process and service management best practices.
- Shape strategies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives across reputed company Core Services, ITSM, and SPM.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies by customizing the platform.
Integration Development:
- Design and maintain integrations between reputed company and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures.
Platform Customization and Development:
- Customize reputed company modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models.
- reputed company workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Build and maintain advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation reputed company.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences—from technical teams to C-suite executives—to:
- Define platform and integration requirements
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate reputed company or risks

Qualifications
Required Competencies:

- Must be comfortable presenting to both engineering and executive stakeholders.
Education:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is REQUIRED.
- SPM Certification is REQUIRED
Clearance Requirement:
- U.S. Citizenship is required to be considered
- Active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
Salary Range:
- up to $190,000k per year (depending on experience)
