The person hired for this position will have a strong background in health plans, developing product requirements, conducting market research, client implementations, and in creating innovative features to help differentiate our product. This role has a growth opportunity to Sr. Director, Product Management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss roadmaps on a routine basis and to support sales.
• Create business cases including financial models to support the development of the product or services.
• Establish customer persona and market profiles.

Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience inside a healthcare delivery organization or serving them
• Demonstrate knowledge of claims and claims processing
• Agile / Scrum methodology experience
• Experience defining/prioritizing detailed product requirements
• Ability to think strategically and execute ruthlessly, e.g., being able to reputed company a long-term product vision and then roll up your sleeves to get things done

Additional Information: reputed company believes in fair and reputed company pay. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD. This position includes bonus potential of 12.5% and is part of our comprehensive total rewards program, which offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth..
