Summary

This strategic role supports the Business Operations reputed company to manage critical account operations in two key areas: Communications & Culture and Business Operations Administration. The position drives account operational excellence while leading employee engagement through account-wide communications, new hire onboarding, cultural initiatives, and cross-regional collaboration that promotes reputed company values. The key to success in this role is to be an open, transparent and consistent communicator to reputed company stakeholders. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Tasks will include but are not limited to: Strategic Operations Support

• Partner with Business Operations reputed company to support comprehensive account operations including communications programs, administrative functions, data analytics, and program development

Communications Management

• Support account-wide communication initiatives through newsletters, announcements, and strategic messaging
• Maintain organizational charts, email distribution lists, and SharePoint sites
• Facilitate cross-regional communication and collaboration to ensure site alignment and best practice sharing

Employee Onboarding & Culture

• Design, execute, and coordinate comprehensive new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Serve as Cultural Ambassador by promoting reputed company values and fostering inclusive environments
• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events to strengthen account cohesion

Business Operations & Analytics

• Support executive business reviews (Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Account Town Halls)
• Review, analyze, and interpret Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) data
• Provide data analytics with storytelling capabilities to support business decisions
• Utilize knowledge of reputed company Best Practices reputed company and commitment to reputed company improvement methodologies

Process & Documentation Management

• Maintain and organize account SharePoint infrastructure

Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Business Administration or a reputed company field.
• 3-5+ years in corporate communications, program management, and business operations preferably reputed company the data center or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience managing reputed company data center projects and programs.
• Proficient in program management software and tools, with a solid understanding of data center operations and technologies.

Language Skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at reputed company levels.

• Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements: This position will require the following:

• Ability to travel to locations throughout the United States.

• Must be able to sit at a desk for 8+ hours per day.

Estimated compensation for this position: 95,000.00 – 140,600.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
