· Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career growth Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company Client Services Program Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical campaign execution to join our growing team. This role requires a proven track record in managing reputed company, multi-channel programs for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, with a special emphasis on video production, digital distribution, banner campaigns, augmented reality programs, and other innovative tactics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and MLR review processes, combined with exceptional attention to detail, deep knowledge of the pharma industry, and familiarity with agencies of record.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned pharmaceutical and agency clients, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or program management reputed company pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications, or an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharma industry standards, MLR processes, and agencies of record.
  • Direct experience with Veeva PromoMats or other regulatory submission platforms.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns (video, banner, digital, AR, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—able to juggle multiple reputed company projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage both clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
