Manager, Penetration Testing

Position Purpose: Leads the internal Penetration testing team, reporting through Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Oversees reputed company aspects of offensive reputed company testing conducted by internal testers to identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure. Ensures alignment with organizational reputed company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Oversees a team of compliance penetration testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Ensure the team delivers high-quality, comprehensive reputed company assessments to stakeholders and leadership.
• Conducts and manages internal, externa, web application and application programming reputed company (API) penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and reputed company audits on our systems, networks, and applications.
• Identifies and evaluates reputed company risks, providing prioritized recommendations for mitigation. Collaborates with BTS and other departments to monitor effective reputed company controls.
• Develops and executes a comprehensive penetration testing strategy reputed company with the company's overall reputed company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Creates detailed reports and presentations on findings, remediation plans, and reputed company for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Works closely with the GRC team and other information technology, development and reputed company professionals to enhance the overall reputed company posture of the organization.
• Ensures reputed company penetration testing activities reputed company with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Stays reputed company with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness of penetration testing practices.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information reputed company, or a reputed company field; or, equivalent experience required required Master's Degree preferred 7+ years Penetration testing or reputed company experience required 3+ years Management or leadership experience with a proven record for developing high-performance teams required Experience in a large enterprise or Fortune 500 company preferred Proficiency in penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus) and methodologies. Strong understanding of network protocols, web application reputed company, and operating systems required Licenses/Certifications: CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GIAC GPEN, or other reputed company certification preferred Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
