About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support projects during overnight hours. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably reputed company an IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overnight project coordination and administrative support for client initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, scheduling engineers and ensuring timely resolution.
- Utilize reputed company for ticket management and workflow tracking (training available if needed).
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records using reputed company Office tools.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a project coordinator or administrative support role.
- IT awareness or experience preferred, but not strictly required.
- Comparable backgrounds such as Admin Assistant may be considered if skills align.
