Nonprofit Law Attorney (Remote | Entry Level | Full-Time)

About the Role

You will guide nonprofit founders through legal matters such as forming their organizations, maintaining compliance, securing trademarks, and understanding IRS requirements. You will use our internal templates, tools, and structured systems for every case. You must enjoy working in an environment where processes are clear and followed each day.

What You Will Do

• Manage a steady caseload using firm templates, checklists, and workflows.
• Join weekly reputed company meetings with new clients to explain next steps and answer questions.
• Communicate with clients in a warm and professional way.
• Follow our internal email policy that requires responses reputed company 48 business hours.
• Learn our systems and be open to coaching and training.
• Track case reputed company and stay organized from open to reputed company.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive culture.

• Attorney licensed in at least one U.S. state. (no disciplinary history)
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Someone who likes a structured environment with clear processes.

• Enjoys helping mission driven clients who are making a difference.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of $75,000

• This is an entry level role and no prior nonprofit or trademark experience is needed because we train you on our full system.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a criminal background reputed company
• Successful completion of drug test
• Quiet, private and secure home office (no background noise)
• High speed Internet access (5 mbs download and 1 mbs upload preferred) from a reliable provider
• Desktop or laptop with virus protection software (we provide software if necessary)
• Successful completion of initial training (from your home office) is required
• Ergonomic chair and desk (recommended)

Schedule Requirements:

• This is a full time position
• This is a work from home position.
• Office is open 10 am to 6 pm EST (Monday through Friday)
• No weekend or after-hours work required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits:
