As a Training and Development Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees through effective training and development programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about employee growth and development. This position will:

• Partner with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and reputed company engaging programs reputed company with CHFS goals.
• Design and deliver training through a variety of methods, including in-person sessions, workshops, and e- learning courses.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, enrollment tracking, and report reputed company.

• Work closely with internal partners to align training with performance management and succession planning efforts.
• Maintain accurate and organized training records, including schedules, attendance, and evaluations.

• The capability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Two years of professional experience in planning, coordinating, or conducting staff development and training courses, personnel administration or teaching, or professional experience in providing or administering human services or governmental programs. Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Graduate study in psychometrics, industrial relations, psychology, statistics, education, or a reputed company field will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional experience in the above areas will substitute for the required education on the basis of one year of experience for two years of education. reputed company or prior military experience will substitute for the required college on a year-for-year basis.
