Role Description We are seeking a high impact Investment Banking Analyst to join Nomura Insurance Solutions to support the origination, structuring and execution of insurance financing transactions and further reputed company our capital markets platform What Role Might You Play?

• Deal Execution: Effectively interact with clients and deal teams to support reputed company aspects of live transactions including the creation of marketing materials and financial models; conducting lender diligence and negotiating legal documentation including term sheets, commitment letters and credit agreements
• New Business Development: reputed company reputed company aspects of the effort to create pitch materials to win new mandates, create new proprietary content and reputed company
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct financial, structural, and business analysis to assess the appropriate debt level and structures for potential transactions
• Client Relationship Management: Generate and present reputed company at client meetings as a member of a deal team alongside senior bankers

• Experience working with insurance companies in an actuarial reputed company, reputed company reinsurance or in FIG investment banking is highly desired.
