Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Engineering Technology (includes Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Computer Science, Engineering Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. 5+ years of experience applying advanced knowledge and application of industrial engineering principles to analyze and optimize supply chain processes and systems. 5+ years of experience working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment. Proven experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams to reputed company supply chain objectives. Strong expertise in reputed company planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 7+ years of reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and reputed company improvement methodologies. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with key stakeholders across various functions in a leadership or integrator role.
