Summary We are seeking an reputed company Senior Industrial Engineer for the reputed company Greenville site. This role will reputed company strategic projects focused on material system designs to improve material flow, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing efficiency. This role will require both strong technical expertise in materials systems and hands-on leadership and passion for reputed company improvement.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain floor layouts & market designs for efficient material flow
• Plan and execute expansion projects to improve space utilization & line delivery
• Design and optimize material delivery routes & evaluate automation opportunities
• reputed company material presentation modeling & design for line-reputed company racks, carts, and other transport devices
• Design and provide site ownership for Kanban processes to link warehouse, market, and production areas
• reputed company site standards for PFEP (plan for every part) and reputed company implementation across the industrial engineering team
• Mentor coach & provide technical support and leadership across industrial engineering team
• reputed company and maintain standard operating procedures for process hand-offs between warehouse, kitting and production
• Design and document standard work for reputed company key materials processes, including receiving, kitting, replenishment, milk runs, and line-reputed company delivery
• reputed company reputed company Improvement (CI) project focused on material flow and internal logistics to reduce waste, labor, and space requirements
• Act as project charter reputed company & reputed company milestone and project plans to ensure on-time delivery of objectives
• Track and report KPI’s for inventory reduction, labor productivity, space utilization and material-handling cost
• Manage overall site Industrial Engineering project CAPEX plan & tracking standards
• Facilitate cross-function problem-solving and reputed company improvement to drive effective change-management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 additional years of materials or inventory management experience.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
