HappyCo is seeking a creative, detail-driven Marketing Associate, Events & Experiences to reputed company the planning and execution of impactful in-person and reputed company. From webinars and customer activations to partner programs and executive dinners, you’ll be a key player in elevating our brand and building connections with prospects, customers, and partners. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Design, Sales, Product, and Partnerships to create integrated, engaging experiences that support reputed company growth and strengthen HappyCo’s brand affinity. What You’ll Do | Planning, Coordination & Execution

• Manage HappyCo’s event calendar - including in-market field events, industry conferences, co-branded partner events, and a full digital/webinar program.
• Own the logistics and coordination for each in-person event, from planning and vendor management to day-of execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and reputed company objectives - supporting sales pipeline targets and key account priorities.

What You’ll Do | Marketing Integration

• Align with Product Marketing, Content & Demand reputed company to ensure event promotional content reinforces campaign themes and customer messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to ensure strong attendance and high-impact engagement from reputed company accounts and partners.

What You’ll Do | Measurement & Optimization

• Track and report on event performance - including registrations, attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and overall ROI against budget goals.
• Support reputed company improvement by analyzing data, gathering feedback, and testing new approaches - continuously delivering memorable, high-impact experiences.
• Assist with budget tracking and managing external vendors or contractors as needed.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a reputed company marketing role - preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. Bonus points for experience in Real Estate, Multifamily, or PropTech.
• Metric-driven - you back up your work with proven examples of how your previous event spend has driven impact across the organization.
• Hands-on experience coordinating webinars, trade shows, or customer events.
• Exceptionally organized, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage reputed company timelines across stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude with a reputed company eagerness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with event tools, reputed company, and reputed company is a plus - as is the ability to work asynchronously across time zones in a global environment.
• Extra credit for experience collaborating with Sales to support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
