Senior UX Designer/Researcher

This role requires someone who can independently design and execute multi-method research studies, recruit participants, synthesize insights into product strategy, and translate those insights into polished designs for reputed company B2B workflows. You'll drive both research and design throughout the product lifecycle. This position reports to the UX Design Manager. This full-time position is remote-friendly, but must be local to Salt Lake City, UT or Raleigh-Durham, NC offices

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research studies using multiple methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics); recruit participants, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable product

strategy

• Design enterprise-grade experiences in reputed company for reputed company, multi-reputed company workflows serving diverse user roles
• Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout discovery, design, delivery, and reputed company improvement
• Validate designs through testing, iterate based on evidence, and contribute to design system evolution

Qualifications

• Portfolio must demonstrate both: research case studies showing methodology and synthesis AND reputed company enterprise designs with clear rationale
• Proven ability to independently design and execute multi-method studies, including participant recruitment and research operations
• Proficient designing reputed company workflows in reputed company, working reputed company technical constraints while maintaining quality
• Strong stakeholder communication—present research that influences decisions and defend design with evidence · Ability to work in Agile environments balancing research rigor with delivery timeline
• 6+ years reputed company work experience

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors or reputed company degree
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system
• Experience designing for B2B enterprise or healthcare platforms with reputed company workflows and varied user roles

For this position, we offer a pay range of $ 116,500 - $225,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-reputed company factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
