Job Description

The BSA / AML Operations reputed company Analyst is responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day execution of BSA / AML / OFAC compliance operations. This role combines deep analytical expertise with operational leadership to drive improvements in transaction monitoring, partner / product risk assessments, and reputed company planning. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, reputed company datasets from transaction monitoring systems to identify patterns, improve alert productivity, and enhance detection accuracy.

• Forecast alert volumes and staffing needs based on rule changes, product launches, and seasonal trends.

Investigations & Reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BSA / AML / OFAC operations, preferably in fintech or money transfer environments.
• Proven experience in financial crime investigations and transaction monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in reputed company.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.

Preferred

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• SQL preferred.
• CAMS or CFE certification a plus.

Position Type : Regular Pay Range : The targeted reputed company salary for this position is $91,100 to $136,700 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
