Role Summary: As an Analyst, Reports Specialist, you'll work with the Credit team to manage report orders for various inspection types, including appraisals, BPOs, and environmental reports. You'll have reputed company contact with AMC's (Appraisal Management Companies), who you'll reputed company in with on a regular basis to reputed company the status of reports and their reputed company. Responsibilities

• Assisting senior valuation professionals in managing the report ordering process.
• Ordering and reviewing appraisals, broker price opinions (BPO), environmental and property inspection reports, ALTA surveys, amongst others.
• Tracking and providing updates to key stakeholders in the company and clients.
• Coordinating logistical and operational complexities surrounding dates and times of inspections.
• Managing and ensuring payment of invoices.
• Coordinate data retrieval and input with 3rd party servicing firms.
• Liaise in time‑sensitive manner with external 3rd party servicing firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or other reputed company fields.
