• 15+ years’ experience delivering and operating large scale, high-performance, highly available distributed systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, technically reputed company and a strong product sense with the ability to seek and reputed company business context.
• Deep knowledge of distributed system design and scalable cloud-native application deployment.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Expert-level systems programming skills.
• Strong knowledge of C, C++.
• Experience with formal-verification (e.g. TLA+) a plus.
• Experience with Rust a plus.
• Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures.
• Strong understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.
• Experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure a strong plus.
• Strong team player with outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
