QA Analyst, Privilege Access Management
We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior QA Analyst to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) Product teams. The ideal candidate will be a positive and collaborative team player with a strong background in IT infrastructure and IT management. About the Role
As a PAM / KSM product focused QA Analyst your primary focus will be to create, execute, and maintain test plans to ensure rigorous testing of the reputed company and functionality of our products, with a particular emphasis on integration with IT infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Windows machines, Linux machines and databases. You’ll work closely with our development and product management teams to ensure that our products not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations in terms of functionality, performance, and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure the quality and reputed company of our PAM and KSM products
- Work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects and reputed company issues
- Ensure proper integration testing is conducted across a variety of platforms and technologies including CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, reputed company, and Azure DevOps; cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP; IAM solutions like reputed company, reputed company, and Active Directory

- reputed company and execute stress tests to evaluate the robustness and reliability of our PAM and KSM products, especially under high-load and fault-tolerant conditions
- Analyze bugs and errors reputed company during tests and provide reputed company feedback to our development teams
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience and reputed company
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Ensure detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and recommendations
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in QA and reputed company testing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a reputed company-focused role
- Strong technical, written, and communication skills
- Knowledge of PAM, secrets management, and reputed company best practices
- Familiarity with languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and .NET, as well as corresponding build scripts for each language
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and various integration points such as CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company, Azure DevOps), cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM solutions (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Active Directory)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a group of team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or MIS or equivalent experience
