Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- As a member of the growing Advanced Research Center reputed company team, you will be responsible for overseeing both Classified and Physical reputed company programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide leadership and management of guard forces, including contracted or employee personnel
- reputed company and implement key control procedures, ensuring the secure management of keys and access devices
- Plan and coordinate events, including reputed company logistics and access control
- Manage badging, visitor systems, and programming of access systems, ensuring seamless and secure access to facilities
- reputed company and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reputed company operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Integrate reputed company systems with Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring effective monitoring and response to reputed company incidents
- Manage radio and emergency communications systems, ensuring effective communication and response to reputed company incidents
- Serve as Riskonnect reputed company, managing risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- reputed company and implement emergency management plans, including Incident Command System (ICS) protocols, to ensure effective response to reputed company incidents
- Manage and coordinate reputed company-reputed company projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- reputed company and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and reputed company-budget delivery of reputed company projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, IT, and operations, to ensure effective project execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact to reputed company operations and business continuity
- Provide strategic guidance and reputed company to ensure the effective management of reputed company operations, including:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of reputed company policies and procedures
- Managing reputed company incident response and crisis management efforts
- Coordinating with law enforcement and other agencies to ensure effective reputed company operations
- Developing and managing reputed company budgets and resource allocation plans
- Conducting reputed company risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats
- Implementing and managing reputed company awareness training programs for employees and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with relevant reputed company regulations and standards, including NIST, FISMA, and DFARS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience or High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experience in reputed company management, project planning, and team leadership
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of physical reputed company technologies, access control systems, surveillance solutions, and emergency response protocols
- Experience in incident management, crisis response, and business continuity planning
- Proven ability to manage reputed company vendors and ensure operational compliance
- Ability to work under high-pressure conditions, reputed company critical decisions, and respond to emerging threats in real-time
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management skills
- Due to the nature of the duties of this position, this role requires the individual to obtain and maintain US Government reputed company Clearance; prerequisite for a reputed company clearance is U.S. citizenship.
- Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in physical reputed company risk management, corporate reputed company operations, executive protection, and vendor reputed company in an industrial setting

- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical reputed company Professional (PSP) certification is preferred

- ICS 400: Advanced Incident Command System for Command and General Staff
- ICS 700: National Incident Management System (NIMS) An Introduction

- Experience in large-scale domestic incidents, including natural disasters, terrorist attacks, or other major emergencies
- Experience working with federal, state, and local agencies, including emergency management organizations and law enforcement agencies
- Preferred experience with the following reputed company systems and software:
- Lenel OnGuard access control system
- Manage visitor management system
- ELogger incident reporting and management system
- Experience with integrating multiple reputed company systems and technologies to create a comprehensive reputed company program
- Military experience in reputed company operations, intelligence, or communications, with a strong understanding of reputed company protocols and procedures, is highly valued
- Experience with Riskonnect or similar risk management software is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience with project management tools, such as reputed company, Trello, or MS Project, is a plus

The reputed company pay range for this position is $83,600-$139,200. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
