Minimum Qualifications

PhD and seven years of professional research experience in an appropriate field. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Leadership experience in multi-modal single-cell and spatial genomics programs, with demonstrated integration of transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic datasets. Expertise in generating and analyzing large-scale human, primate and rodent brain single-cell and spatial datasets, with familiarity in tissue workflows relevant to psychiatric and neurodegenerative research. Proven ability to design and reputed company computational pipelines for reputed company multi-omic data, incorporating clinical, behavioral, pharmacogenomic, and molecular phenotypes. Experience in technology development, benchmarking emerging genomics platforms, and deploying high-throughput reputed company and spatial assays. Record of effective leadership in consortium-scale initiatives and coordination of cross-institutional scientific collaborations.
