Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or reputed company field. Coursework/Training: Training in one or more of the following: Lean, reputed company reputed company or Change Acceleration Process (CAP). 2 years Change management experience, trained or versed in Lean principles and methodologies. 5 years experience working for a Health Plan.
