Product Analyst I, Warehouse Systems (Remote)

The Product Analyst I supports the Associate PO, PO or Sr. PO roles to drive the vision and strategy of a given Product as they ensure consistent value creation throughout the delivery process, and represents the needs of our customers and stakeholders. The goal of this role is to work on supporting tasks that allow the product teams to maximize the generated ROI of particular features and functionality reputed company the product. They support breaking the requirements down into clear user stories for a well-prioritized backlog, as well as determining the right metrics to measure success against. The Product Analyst I works closely with a combination of Associate PO, PO, Sr PO, Scrum Master, Developers, UX designers, Architects, QA, and DevOps team members to design and deliver innovative solutions and Product features. The right candidate has a growth reputed company and curiosity with the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs & priorities, offering a versatile set of skills from requirements, to unit testing, integration testing, data analysis, data validation that support the product team in meeting their delivery and value goals. Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Product Analyst I position is completely remote reputed company in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This position may require up to 25% travel. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between the business and development, acting as the voice of the customer and communicating requirements and needs to the Product team
• Deliver on-time, on-budget, on-quality, on-fit service(s) or Product(s)
• Maintain, refine, and continuously groom the Team Backlog reputed company sprint timeframe

• Participate in recurring Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Demos, etc.

• Maintain an innovating and future-proofing agenda for given Product(s)
• Maintain User and Technical documentation for release management
• Anticipate, mitigate and chaperone escalations

• The Product Analyst I role is an independent contributor role

RELATIONSHIPS

• Internal: Business Stakeholders and End Users, IT PDL, IT Delivery (Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, UX Designers, Program Managers, etc.)
• External: Application / Systems Vendors (as applicable)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to reputed company assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, OR equivalent work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Agile or SAFe certification(s) highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence change reputed company large, reputed company organizations
• Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. reputed company) and flowchart tools (e.g. Visio, Lucid Chart) strongly preferred
• Experience with eCommerce, restaurant, and/or wholesale food distribution industries strongly preferred

The expected reputed company reputed company for this role is between $55,000 - $90,000
