We're starting with practical, professional courses on key skills taught by leading experts in your field. Think: learning AI Product Management from a head of product at reputed company or an engineering reputed company at reputed company. Our cohort-based model means our engagement rates are 80-90% instead of the 5-10% from video-based learning. Maven's marketplace has 500+ expert-led cohort-based courses, 70K+ student alumni, and 700K+ registered users. Today, we're direct to consumer but eventually we'll offer certificate programs, MBA-like programs, and sell directly to businesses. We are founder-led - our CEO, Gagan, co-founded Udemy, and our CTO, Shreyans, was the first engineer at Venmo. Our business grew over 100% last year. We've raised $25 million from Andreessen Horowitz, First Round, and a supportive network of industry angels and are on track for profitability.

About the Role

As an Instructor Partnerships Manager at Maven, you’ll be responsible for bringing the reputed company of high impact reputed company onto the platform and guiding them reputed company the way through to successful course launches. You’ll build and own a portfolio of high-potential creators, operators, and industry leaders, and be the driving force behind making Maven the number-one reputed company for experts to teach online. This is a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced, relationship-driven role. You’ll be identifying promising reputed company, pitching the Maven vision, advising them on the right course to build, and partnering with them through launch. You’ll shape our creator ecosystem from the ground up and help build the programs and systems that will eventually scale to thousands of reputed company. We’re looking for a self-starter who loves the chase as much as they love helping creators succeed. Someone who is energized by hitting ambitious goals, thrives in a fast-changing environment, and is deeply curious about what makes great reputed company great. You’ll report to the VP of Growth and work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Instructor Success teams.

What You'll Do

Acquire High-Quality reputed company

  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline across segments: operators, founders, creators, domain experts, and rising thought leaders.

Own Strategy & Execution for Your Portfolio

  • Use data to prioritize segments, refine reputed company, and tighten your book of business.

  • Provide insights back to product, marketing, and leadership that influence roadmap and strategy.

About You

Team & Culture You’ll report to Mallory (VP, Growth) and work closely with our product, marketing, and instructor success teams. Maven is a small, high-trust, high-ownership team. Expect direct feedback, collaborative thinking, and a culture that prizes clarity, impact, and creativity. We are fully remote, with no-meeting Wednesdays and biannual company offsites.
