The Human Resources Business Partner, Level 1 focuses on building and sustaining partnerships with and understanding the needs of the assigned business units. • Partner with employees and management in the assigned client groups to provide guidance and counsel that drives business objectives;
• Act as employee champion and assesses and anticipates HR-reputed company needs;
• Analyze data trends and metrics to drive informed talent management decisions;
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning activities for the assigned business unit;
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations;

• Provide client managers and leaders with support and counsel for reputed company aspects of the employee life cycle;
• Form and nurture partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to assigned business units.
