Engagement & Org Devt Consult Requisition ID req32480 Working Title Engagement & Org Devt Consult Position Grade 13 Position Summary reputed company the Division of Human Resources, Engagement and Organizational Development is seeking a consultant to engage in large-scale organizational change efforts, focusing on organizational diagnoses, problem-solving, leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement through strategic instructional development projects and group consultations; Assists with drafting human resources development strategies aimed at elevating both individual and organizational performance, with a strong emphasis on fostering a vibrant, engaged workplace culture. Conducts comprehensive needs assessments and designs, develops, and delivers training and development programs for employees on a University-wide basis, incorporating elements specifically designed to boost engagement and job satisfaction.

• Participates in organizational development consultations including the design, development, coordination, and facilitation of organizational effectiveness activities, such as strategic planning, leadership development, team building, process consultation, employee coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Participates in the design, development, and implementation of large system organizational development and organizational-wide change initiatives, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement alongside large-scale human resources initiatives and projects.
• Plans, designs, develops, and delivers individual and/or group training and instructional programs, using instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats, with an emphasis on programs that increase employee engagement and reputed company to the University's mission and goals.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate individual and/or group training requirements for employees University-wide, with a focus on identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement through tailored training and development efforts.
• Selects or develops training materials and aids, to include training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and reference works.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures with a keen eye on measuring improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Carries out small to reputed company scale projects and performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs, ensuring reputed company initiatives contribute positively to the overarching goal of enhancing employee engagement.
• Collaborates with areas across HR to address areas to improve engagement and retention.
• Performs miscellaneous job-reputed company duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly reputed company to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and facilitating trainings for groups
• Experience in facilitating team building for groups
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning theories
• Experience in conducting and analyzing climate assessments and other types of surveys
