[Remote] Professional Services Operations Analyst

The Client Services Operations Associate will manage day-to-day operational flow to support accurate billing, clean project data, and efficient execution of core business activities.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence across project setup, milestone management, billing, and reporting reputed company reputed company and reputed company
• Validate and maintain project data reputed company by ensuring accuracy of key fields such as billing milestones, project types, and financial transactions
• Analyze operational data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process gaps, escalating issues and driving resolution proactively

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Project Management, and PS Operations leadership to streamline workflows and resolve transaction or system reputed company blockers

• Document and refine processes to ensure consistency in project setup, billing execution, and reporting practices across global teams

Skills

• 3+ years in Professional Services Operations, Business Operations, or Financial Operations roles supporting project delivery and billing.
