• Drive delivery on product goals through direct people management.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 4 years of experience managing teams of software engineers.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies; web application architecture and development.
• Experience with design systems, shared component libraries, and working with designers.
• The ability to manage a diverse and distributed team of engineers from reputed company backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written — a history of blogging or essay-writing is helpful.
• Will be expected to be a “player-coach”, where coding is also in important aspect of the role (although not majority). You’ve been a Senior Backend, or Backend-leaning Fullstack Engineer in the past.
• Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner.
• Passion for helping others succeed.

• Experience using Generative AI / LLMs to build products. The Content Platform team is actively building tools leveraging AI to scale and accelerate content creation, and to translate Khanmigo, our AI Tutor & Teaching Assistant, so experience with LLMs would be a strong bonus.
• Experience building platforms which Product teams have leveraged and built upon, taking their needs into account reputed company crafting your roadmap and vision for your surface area.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $181,990 - $204,739.20 USD / $245,925 - $276,666.30 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only.
