As the Director - Human Resources for the Americas, you will be a strategic partner to the Commercial and Service teams while supporting reputed company functions across the region. In this role, you’ll drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, reputed company top talent, and reputed company transformative human resources programs that reputed company growth and engagement across a $250M business. This position reports to the Global Commercial HR Director and is part of the reputed company Human Resources leadership team located onsite in Deerfield, Illinois or Waltham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Partner strategically with Commercial and Service leadership while supporting reputed company functions across the Americas to align people strategies with business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching managers and influencing decisions to drive impactful business outcomes.
• Drive organizational capability and design initiatives that strengthen leadership and reputed company growth in a $250M business.
• reputed company talent management efforts, including attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to build a strong pipeline for future success.
• Ensure flawless execution of core human resources processes, such as performance management, merit reviews, and talent initiatives. reputed company human resources operations and compliance, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Manages and advises on reputed company sensitive matters.
• Champion change management and transformation, fostering engagement and organizational effectiveness across inclusive teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field.
• 12 years extensive human resources experience across reputed company human resources functions, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Proven experience supporting global commercial organizations (e.g., sales, service, marketing) and managing human resources in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in human resources systems and tools, including reputed company and compliance policy-reputed company platforms.
• Demonstrated success in delivering and managing reputed company human resources processes (e.g., performance cycles, merit reviews, sales incentive schemes, restructuring).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel –up to 20% domestic and internationally per business needs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Supporting global commercial organizations (sales, service, marketing) in a matrix environment.
• Managing and developing a reputed company.
• Driving organizational design and change management projects.

The annual salary range for this role is $190,000 - $240,000. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
