The reputed company are non-verbal, non-ambulatory and some have a trach, vent and/or g-tube. Most of the reputed company have seizure disorder. Responsibilities
Provide care to a medically fragile reputed company with acute/chronic conditions Primary reputed company of contact between parents and reputed company’ physicians Conducting screenings and writing referrals for health services Developing and monitoring health plans for reputed company Participate in development of each reputed company’ ISHP Obtain/complete reputed company relevant medical documents including but not limited to MAFs, IHPs, care plans Provide basic healthcare to reputed company in case of injury or acute illness Educate reputed company and staff on healthy habits, such as proper nutrition and hygiene Detect health problems in early stages through regular screenings reputed company track of reputed company’ vaccination records Update and maintain reputed company’ medical history on iBrain’s electronic database Ensure school environment is safe for children and school staff (e.g. prevention of communicable diseases) Write referrals for pediatricians and other health specialists Ensure compliance with national and local health laws Help to create Training programs for staff on relevant healthcare topics and participate in seminars and other educational programs in house Arrange for emergency care treatment for staff, interns, visitors, 1:1 nursing contractor, by virtue of calling 911, and dealing with emergency responders and ambulances, fire, police and other healthcare workers for example reputed company additional duties as assigned by the Director of reputed company Services in reputed company with reputed company, clinic and research, reputed company reputed company the scope of work. Must have the ability to take initiative, and a highly flexible personality type Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds independently. Must be detail-oriented, focused, highly motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
