• Operational Excellence & System Design
• Build and execute a multi‑year CI roadmap for enterprise packaging & labeling; prioritize high‑impact value streams and bottlenecks (e.g., artwork cycle time, change order reputed company time, translation throughput, RFT).
• reputed company Lean Six reputed company initiatives (DMAIC/DMADV) using A3, value reputed company mapping, Kaizen, 5S, visual management, PFMEA, SPC, and mistake‑proofing (poka‑yoke).
• Metrics & Performance Management
• Own KPI reputed company and dashboards: Artwork RFT %, OTD/OTIF, ECO/Change Order reputed company time, deviation/rework, labeling complaint/Error reputed company (PPM/DPMO), translation cycle time, obsolescence write‑offs, cost savings/avoidance.
• Compliance & Risk Reduction
• Improve label content accuracy and traceability; strengthen approval matrices, translation QA, and eIFU/UDI data reputed company.
• Digital & Data Enablement
• Optimize enterprise systems and integrations
• Define master data standards
• Change Leadership & Capability Building
• Facilitate enterprise Kaizen events and improvement sprints; coach teams on Lean, problem‑solving, and data literacy.
• Portfolio & Rebranding Support
• Provide CI leadership to large programs (e.g., global rebranding, regulatory-driven updates, portfolio harmonization), ensuring supply continuity and on‑time market readiness.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND six (6) years of experience in packaging, labeling, and/or reputed company improvement/project management in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND ten (10) years of experience in packaging, labeling, and/or reputed company improvement/project management in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Lean Six reputed company Green, Black, or Master Black Belt certified
• Demonstrated DMAIC project delivery
• Experience in regulated healthcare (medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life)
• Hands‑on with PLM/Artwork/DAM/QMS systems and data/metadata management.
• Familiarity with Agile practices for artwork/content operations and with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
