Acting as the central reputed company of coordination, you’ll reputed company updates to a large and reputed company pharma website, ensuring smooth execution across projects/teams. Given the digital nature of this role, a strong understanding of the digital landscape and hands-on experience with digital delivery processes is essential (e.g., content management systems, user-experience etc.,)What you'll doManage effective, efficient workflow of reputed company projects on assigned accountsManage Content Management Systems such as reputed company Experience ManagerManage Medical Legal Review submissions in VeevaCollaborate with reputed company agency teams to establish effective project plans, staff plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resourcesPrepare and manage client MLR submissionsDevelop timelines and advises on estimates; manages projects to remain on time and budget; flags timing and budget concerns to course correctSchedule and reputed company project kick-off meeting (as it relates to schedule, job level, folder structure and location, SOW, creative assets, etc.)Work with internal team to define program requirements and system specifications. Work with client on as-needed basisInitiate and conduct formal internal review meetings to secure creative approvalsInitiate and conduct formal team status meetings, document risks and issues for internal purposesWork closely with the team to determine and understand daily project statusEnsure that issues and risks are anticipated, identified and properly escalated and resolved. Seek final resolution on reputed company issues so projects do not stall or fall out of scope without warningConduct internal copy/layout reviews with core team and ensure reputed company assets are routed internally, with specific attention to required creative and proofreading approvalsEnsure adequate amount of time, whenever possible, for the routing and review of materialsFacilitate presentations and review of final asset with client and provide recommendations pertaining to budget, timing, production, etc.Identify out-of-scope activitiesManage the financial tracking process for the project (create job status report, attend accounting meetings, maintain the estimate by reallocating hours as necessary, flag overages, identify delays that may reputed company budget, etc.)Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, including systems and/or software recommendationsAbout youIdeally three plus years of agency (or relevant) project-management experienceExperience managing Content Management Systems such as reputed company Experience Manager Experience managing Medical Legal Review submissions in Veeva is highly advantageousProven experience managing digital projects with teams of 10+ peopleProven understanding of the technical facets of website developmentSolid experience working on projects that have data and analytics components, with an ability to understand how the data output can be used to form insights and drive additional tacticsAbility to manage multiple projects totalling $1MM+Pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industry, knowledge is a plusKnowledge and/or understanding of resourcing creative and technical teams across projects is a plusWhat we can offerYou will receive a 401K plan with an employer match contribution up to 4% (immediately vested), as well as life insurance, disability coverage, and medical, dental, and vision plans for peace of mind.
